Today, I'd like to take a moment to inspire you.
I started my weight loss journey in January 2019 and now I'm maintaining a weight loss of 100 lbs! Yes I said it, 100 lbs!
In January 2019, I didn't know how I was going to lose 100 lbs, I didn't know I'd manage to lose that much weight. But you know what!? I knew how I could lose weight that week, whether it was -0.5lbs or -1 lbs. I knew that weight loss was attainable. I believed in myself that I was going to succeed this time!
So I started gradually making the changes. People know me as the person who trains today. I'd like you to understand that when I started out, training wasn't the priority. Changing and improving my eating habits and mindset was a priority. Let's not forget that I weighed 260 lbs! Training and moving my body was a difficult task. I was also aware of where I was starting from. So I took charge of my weight loss with the help and support of our amazing YWWL community
YWWL gave me the confidence to begin my journey. The program gave me the tools I needed not only to lose weight, but also to maintain it. I am beyond grateful!
